Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Wrenkit at wrenkit.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and by our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers of the Service.

2. Operator

The Service is operated by MOHIT KUMAR LAVATRE, an individual sole trader based in India ("we", "us", "our"). All references to "Wrenkit", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to MOHIT KUMAR LAVATRE trading as Wrenkit.

3. Description of the Service

Wrenkit is a subscription software-as-a-service ("SaaS") toolkit designed for Etsy sellers. The Service consists of the following tools, accessed through your web browser at wrenkit.com:

• Crop Previewer — a browser-based tool that previews how your product photos appear when cropped by Etsy across the four listing image aspect ratios (1:1, 4:3, 5:4 and 4:5). Image processing for this tool is performed locally in your browser; the image is not uploaded to our servers.
• Batch Template — a tool that generates multiple Etsy listings from a single template by substituting variable fields. Output may be exported as CSV or copied to the clipboard.
• Multi-Angle Shots (BETA) — an AI-assisted tool that takes a product photo you upload and generates additional angle and composition variations. Source images are uploaded to our cloud storage (Supabase) and processed by a third-party AI model (Google Gemini).
• AI Image Creator (BETA) — an AI-assisted tool that generates product listing photos from a text description and an optional reference image. Inputs are processed by a third-party AI model (Google Gemini).
• Task Board — a Kanban-style task board for individual or team use. This tool is offered free of charge.

Crop Previewer, Batch Template, Multi-Angle Shots and AI Image Creator are paid features included in the Wrenkit subscription. Task Board is offered free of charge to all registered users.

Wrenkit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a registered trademark of Etsy, Inc.

4. Subscriptions, billing and free trial

Paid features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. Current plans:

• Monthly: US$9.90 per month, billed monthly.
• Yearly: US$99.00 per year, billed annually.

Every Wrenkit subscription includes a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or via the receipt email from Polar. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.

All payments for Wrenkit subscriptions are processed by Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"), which acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing a Wrenkit subscription you also accept Polar's Terms of Service.

Refund eligibility, statutory withdrawal rights, and the procedure for requesting a refund are described in full in our Refund Policy.

5. Use of the Service

You may use Wrenkit for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Use the AI tools to generate, distribute or market counterfeit goods, knock-offs, replicas, or any product that infringes a third party's trademark, copyright, design right, or other intellectual property right
• Use the AI tools to generate images of identifiable real people without their consent, or to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent product images
• Use the AI tools to generate adult, sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, or otherwise prohibited content as further described in the Acceptable Use Policy
• Use the Service to upload or process images that you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service for commercial resale or misrepresentation
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or systematically scrape the output of the AI tools for the purpose of operating a competing service
• Abuse the free trial (for example, by creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trials), circumvent usage limits, or evade enforcement actions
• Represent Wrenkit as your own product or remove our branding from the interface

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, without refund where the violation is material.

6. Intellectual property

The Wrenkit name, logo, design, and all associated content on the website are owned by Wrenkit and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the design or branding of Wrenkit without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any images you upload to the Service and of any AI-generated images that the Service produces from your inputs, to the extent such ownership is permitted by applicable law. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and transmit that image solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (including transmitting it to the third-party AI model that powers our generation features).

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any image or text prompt you provide to the Service, and that any AI output you use complies with the law and with the rights of third parties (including trademark and copyright holders).

The underlying source code of Wrenkit is proprietary. You may view it in your browser's developer tools for personal reference, but you may not reproduce or redistribute it commercially.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be available at all times or without interruption
• The crop previews shown accurately reflect every Etsy display context (Etsy may update their display logic at any time)
• AI-generated images will be accurate, suitable for any particular purpose, free of artefacts, or compliant with any third-party platform's policies (including Etsy's policies on AI-generated content)
• The Service will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
• Results obtained from the Service will meet your specific requirements

You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before publishing or distributing it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wrenkit and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of data, or harm to your Etsy listings or store.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) US$100, or (b) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature of it) at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be effective upon posting to this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Where required by law, we will give you advance notice of material changes that affect a paid subscription.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, India, save where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
