1. Who we are (data controller)

Wrenkit ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by MOHIT KUMAR LAVATRE, an individual sole trader based in India, who acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. Wrenkit is a subscription toolkit for Etsy sellers, offering crop preview, batch listing generation, AI-assisted image tools, and a task board.

2. Your images — what happens to them

Different Wrenkit tools handle your images differently. Please read this section carefully so you understand exactly where your data goes.

Crop Previewer and Batch Template: these tools process your images entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript. When you upload a photo:

• The image is never transmitted to any server we operate
• The image is never stored, saved, or logged by us
• The image exists only in your browser's memory for the duration of your session
• When you close the tab or navigate away, the image is gone

Multi-Angle Shots and AI Image Creator (BETA): these AI-assisted tools require your image and / or text prompt to be uploaded to our servers and transmitted to a third-party AI model in order to generate output. When you use these tools:

• Source images you upload are stored in our cloud storage (Supabase) under your user ID, so the AI model can access them
• Your text prompts and images are transmitted to Google Gemini for image generation, subject to Google's privacy policy
• Generated images and the input metadata are stored against your account so you can review your generation history
• You can delete uploaded source images and generated outputs from your account at any time; deletion removes them from our active storage

We never sell your images, prompts, or generation outputs to any third party.

3. Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, Wrenkit may collect limited, anonymous information about visits to our site. This may include:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Browser type and version
• Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• General geographic region (country or city, derived from IP address)
• Referring website (where you came from)

This information is collected in aggregate and is used solely to understand how people use Wrenkit so we can improve it. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

If we use a third-party analytics provider (such as Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-focused and GDPR-compliant), that provider may process this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

4. Cookies

Wrenkit does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use essential browser storage (such as localStorage) solely to remember your preferences within the tool (for example, your last-used settings). This data is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.

5. Third-party services

Wrenkit uses Google Fonts to load web typography. When your browser loads our page, it may make a request to Google's servers to download font files. Google's privacy policy governs this interaction. We load fonts from their CDN for performance — no personal data about your use of Wrenkit is shared with Google through this mechanism.

We do not use advertising networks, affiliate trackers, social media pixels, or any other third-party marketing technology.

6. Children's privacy

Wrenkit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we collect so little personal data, these rights are unlikely to be practically relevant — but if you have a concern, please write to us at support@wrenkit.com.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Data retention

We do not retain any images or personal data submitted through the Wrenkit tool. Anonymous analytics data (page views, session counts) may be retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis, after which it is deleted.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Wrenkit after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
