Refund Policy

1. Free trial

Every Wrenkit plan includes a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged and no refund is needed.

2. Refund window

If you are charged in error, or if a material technical defect prevents you from accessing paid features as described, contact us within 14 days of the transaction at support@wrenkit.com and we will work with Polar to issue a refund where appropriate.

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. If a refund is granted, your access to Wrenkit's paid features will cease immediately.

3. Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal or cancellation rights (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/EEA/UK), those rights apply and override this policy.

4. Cancellation

If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancel from your account page or via the receipt email from Polar. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.

5. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us at support@wrenkit.com before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider. If you initiate a chargeback, access to Wrenkit's paid features may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.

6. Governing terms

This refund policy is subject to Polar's Terms of Service. In case of any inconsistency between this page and Polar's terms, Polar's terms will apply for matters relating to payment processing.

7. Operator and contact

Wrenkit is operated by MOHIT KUMAR LAVATRE, an individual sole trader based in India. All Wrenkit subscriptions are sold by Polar Software Inc. as Merchant of Record.
