Refund Policy

Last updated: 5 April 2026

Merchant of Record: All payments for Wrenkit subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle's refund policy applies to all transactions.

1. General refund policy

All transactions processed through Paddle are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless required by applicable law or approved at Paddle's discretion.

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

If you receive a refund, your access to Wrenkit's paid features will cease immediately.

2. Free trial

Every Wrenkit plan includes a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged and no refund is needed.

3. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal rights, those rights apply and override this policy.

European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund. This right applies to the first payment under a subscription. If a subscription includes a free trial, the 14-day withdrawal period begins when the trial ends and the first payment is taken. For annual subscriptions in the UK, a new 14-day withdrawal period begins on each auto-renewal date.

The right to withdraw does not apply to digital content that has started to be downloaded, streamed, or otherwise used where you have given express consent to waive your withdrawal rights.

Turkey / Israel

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw and receive a full refund.

South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada

Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or service contracts after delivery and receive a full refund.

Singapore

Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or services after delivery or first access and receive a full refund.

4. Discretionary refunds

Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Submission of a request within this period does not guarantee a refund.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may consider relevant factors including the nature of the product, the reason for the request, usage or consumption, and any applicable contractual terms. Paddle may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request.

5. Refunds for technical defects

If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents you from accessing paid features as described:

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, use one of the following methods:

If eligible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval.

If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

We encourage you to contact Paddle prior to raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider. If you initiate a chargeback, access to Wrenkit's paid features may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.

8. Governing terms

This refund policy is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions. In case of any inconsistency between this page and Paddle's terms, Paddle's terms will apply.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
